Even if you get it off - which should be done with dental floss - why waste the time reapplying adhesive tape. Remove it and install a new one.

 

First because it's falling, then because I want to paint the carrera and 4 on black and the S on red, I know that suncast has them and if I fail trying there is where my money will go!!
