When you got your porsche, did you guys receive anything? Any extras goodies?

 

I got a smile that doesn't go away!

 

a keychain and license plate frame with the dealers name on it. I bought used so I guess I'm not worthy of extras.

Dealer keychains and plate frame that were immediately replaced with something I liked...along with a set of papers that documented what I owed for them.

 

Nope. But I've never received anything (worth mentioning) when buying a car. Maybe a cap or keyring.

 

Found a lighter under the seat ????

 

Got a $100 gift certificate. Bought a minchamp

2 keychains <the expensive ones> and one free service...that's worth several hundred bucks when I cash it in.

 

an extra set of unused floor mats still in wrapper, trunk liner and a lucky pfennig under the seat...

 

they sent really expensive flowers a few weeks later. I was impressed with the thought but would have preferred something car useful.

 

Park Place Porsche (all of their brands) here in Dallas gives about +$1000 in coupons/gift certificates - although many I would never use. While I presume these are freebies to the dealer to promote the individual local vendors, it's a nice touch when presented in an embossed mini folder. Although my wife received mostly all expired coupons in her packet last year - kind of diffused what they were going for.

I am mostly impressed with their taking care of my various concerns at delivery rather than useless crap I may or may not use as some others have posted from their experiences - got key chain too, no flowers (kind of gay - joke). A personal thank you note (NOT an email) is what I like best. Unfortunately they missed this, but that's my opinion. Maybe younger people are ok with electronic thank you's, but I digress.

I bought my car used soo, I received a red Porsche keychain, small bra, spare wheel jack and tools to remove the tire, charger, and original Porsche cover!!!

 

Wow! I live in a rural area. The Porsche dealers are fairly scattered. I bought my 2012 997S new and got a cap. After I asked for a shirt!

I will expand my horizons next time.

 

Two very nice keychains and a bottle of water for the ride home. I guess I did not do so well.
