First Porsche - 997.1 C2S
So I had a 2009 E90 M3 and loved it! Sadly, my baby had reached 64,150 miles the minute I pulled into the lot to trade her in. I'll miss her, especially the usability, but I've longed for a 911 just like I have the M3.
I purchased a CPO 2007 911 C2S from Performance Porsche in Chapel Hill, NC today. It was a lease car that only had 27K miles when turned in.
She's Basalt Black over black standard leather with Sport Chrono, full power seats, navi, but no iPod adapter or Satellite radio, sadly. But it is a 6-speed manual, obviously.
I took a few pictures tonight, but unfortunately I timed the sunset incorrectly by about 10-15 minutes.
My first mod that I want to do is to take the Carrera S lettering off and put on the 911 with red S badges.
What do you guys think?

Nice car. Looks like by your exhaust tips you have PSE. Does it get louder when you depress the sport button?
No ipod adapter until '09.
Here was my '08 with PSE. I changed the "Carrera S" back to all silver from the first owner. I liked it a lot better.

Why yes it does. I didn't realize that was PSE. Well fantastic! Damn, now I'm excited. I didn't remember the last Carrera S I drove sounding this good, honestly, haha.

Car drives much better with sport/PSE engaged. You can also unplug a connection so the sound is there 24/7 without using sport. But I like the way the car drives with sport much better. Really wakes up the motor. PSE was like a $2400 option.

Car drives much better with sport/PSE engaged. You can also unplug a connection so the sound is there 24/7 without using sport. But I like the way the car drives with sport much better. Really wakes up the motor. PSE was like a $2400 option.

Good luck, man! Yeah, I want to do the LED front and rear lights, too. I'd also like to get a Ducktail at some point... I think it would look so good.
