Haha good stuff... As much for watching the evolution of the rear end as much as the sounds. When the NYTimes reviewed the 991, they said very astutely IMO it's like Brooklyn Decker to the original 911's Audrey Hepburn -- equally *exy but maybe not as classic. I'd say the video from this view re-enforces that observation (at least up to the 997)!

Also, for my ears, I can't say the air-cooled sound better than the water-cooled, at least in this video.

 

ooooh, I want a garage with every generation in there now....

 

The air cooled boys have us beat in the sound dept.

 

While the sounds are similar, I don't feel the air-cooled exhaust has any better exhaust note than the water-cooled.

 

Oh god I love 991 sport exaust sound. I find 997 more fun to drive tho.
