Major Issue/Catastrophic Failures + Aftermarket Warranty

With all this talk about IMS issues and Catastrophic Failures (One Member Just having one yesterday) I thought i'd ask the members who have had them and got them repaired from an aftermarket warranty:

What After Market Company you had?
What type of Plan did you have (Basic, Premiere, Platinum, etc.)
Did you have to pay more than your deductible?

I figure it might help other members choose a good company and plan.....I will compile and post all the results.....

"all this talk" i think its a very rare instance for our cars. my insurance is to wait till time to change the clutch then do the IMS bearing upgrade while doing that- Otherwise the 997 is a bulletproof car

Carmax MaxCare Extended Service Plan
The Warranty Group is the the actual provider
(top exclusionary plan)
$75 dollar deductible
It's more than paid for itself at this point---Cost $1875
5 years coverage or 90,276 miles (car was purchased with 15,500 miles three years ago and I'm at 33K now.

So far I've replaced under warranty:
Expansion tank
Shifter cable
all 4 TPMS sensors
horn
I'm forgetting something else.

I'm uneducated on this, but what other 100K cars have similar "IMS" type problems, e.a. something that wrecks the engine.
