PCM Issues

My PCM keeps resetting during phone calls. It usually answers ok, then switches between hand set and bluetooth and eventually resets the PCM. It also has a slow response to the steering wheel multi function buttons. I just purchased the car and its a 2009 C2S. What version of PCM is the most current? I am under the CPO warranty so a trip to the dealer may be in order.

bensonJ is infamous around these parts
I believe there are software updates for your PCM available at the dealer. You can try checking your current software version and calling them before making the trip. I believe you need to press Source and Info buttons at the same time. It should tell you something like: V1.40 Good luck.

I just had my 2009 C2S PCM updated yesterday due to some problems with it resetting the "units" from Miles to kilometers. It was version 1.4 and they updated it to v1.47 which is the latest version for 2009 cars. They told me it wouldn't take 1.47 directly but they had to install another update version first, then it took 1.47.

Thanks. I just did this and it says there is no information on my version. Looks like a trip to the dealer is in order.
