Rattle in the rear

Hi all

This '07 C4S has a rattle-like noise that seems to be coming from the passenger side motor/exhaust area. It comes on at approximately 2500 RPM's , in 1st gear, and goes away just afterwards (maybe 3k RPM's). Mods are only FabSpeed MaxFlo mufflers and all exhaust brackets and connectors have been checked and are tight. This is my friend's car, and I've driven it, and this noise happens every time exactly the same, and has since the mufflers were installed (approximately 18 mos. ago). Any ideas or maybe it's service dept. time.

Thanks

Could be an internal baffle in the muffler or a heat shield.

I have the same thing just started on mine. It's coming from the passenger (LHS) side and you can hear it loudest if you listen through the back of the rear wheel.

It's very low at idle and then if you increase the revs to approx 2000 RPM it's seems to be loudest. Sounds Metallic and ratttly.

I have visually inspected underneath and nothing looks loose and tapping on the exhaust with the palm of my hand can't seem to replicate the sound?

No lights on dash?

Anyone any ideas?
