2012 cab s ?s

I'm considering buying a new 2012 911 s cab. It's never been titled, 150 miles. The dealer claims its new. What is the appropriate discount off the list that I should be able to get? 2nd ?...some of the reviews say the drive is better on models before 2012, and porsche will be adding more to this year and perhaps wait. I'd appreciate your thoughts on this model year.
Thanks

Need more information, what is the sticker price, what options does it have?

I would think your goal should be 10% off Sticker, no less than 7-8% off. You can more than likely order a New one for 7-8% off I would think.

I say at least 15%..maybe even 20%...it an older model and 2014 are right around the corner.
