Red Wheel Bolts

Bob:

Thanks, I have a Carrera White 2012 GTS and I am mounting Champion RS 20s on it; the red bolts would look great.

Adds a ton of contrast to it and looks damn good. Would love to see a three-piece wheel with red fasteners on it as well.

Mike, that's a great wheel. I think you will reduce some unsprung weight with that setup as well, maybe 2-3 pounds per corner? Can't wait to see the pics. I agree the red bolts would look awesome. It's funny, when you first look at the bolts sitting in their shipping box, they look huge. But once on the car, the color adds a subtle hint that just works against silver rims. It's definitely not overpowering.

Did you just use the original center caps?

Found the locks on Sunciast for $438.

Mike, the original center caps work just fine, but be careful when taking them off, they are aluminum and easy to dent. Also it's very easy to mark up the original bolts when taking the caps off. The tape-wrapped-screwdriver doesn't work so well. A good shop or dealer should have no problem though.
