PCM removal questions

I'm trying to remove my PCM and have questions regarding the locking plastic cogs.

1) Do they all unlock in a counter clockwise direction or is the direction different for each side?

2) Two of the plastic locks popped out when I turned them. Are those sides now locked or unlocked? If they are locked, how do I get the unit out? Once the unit is out can they be easily reinstalled?

Thanks!

Reps and thanks to you both! From the article, most detailed I have seen, I need to get the black round disk back in to hold down the clips. I'm betting with the unit in the car that is unlikely to be an easy task...
