Hmm, looks EXACTLY like the one Sears is selling as a Craftsman with a 2 year warranty for $50, plus shipping, I think. On closer look it is a bit different, but you can get 2 B&Ds for the price of one:

Ordered the B&D one. I guess we'll all find out how good it is!

Got my B& D leaf blower yesterday. Note that these are "reconditioned" and mine was definitely a bit used. However, for $25 shipped, I don't know how they did it! A bit heavier than I expected, it might be a challenge to blow with one hand and wipe with the other. Great blowing power though, it should do the job well. Will give it a test drive this wknd!
Used it to dry the Mercedes today and it saved me about 15 minutes, normally takes about an hour to clean and dry, took me 45 minutes this morning. My wheels takes the longest to clean, usually 5 minutes each but I was able to clean each in less than 2 minutes, not much water to dry. It's also great for cleaning the engine. I blew out so much leaves and dust. Best 25 dollars I spent in a long time.
Wow, after this I might have to get a leafblower!
But, for those of you who don't have one, give the "sheeting" method a try. I do this and it takes off probably 75% of the water. Then I use the waffle weave microfiber to finish it up. Always remember that whenever running a towel, wash mitt, or anything over your paint -- don't press very hard!

Got my B& D blower and gave it a go this weekend. Worked very well. It was interesting that these are sold directly from B &D, they must just liquidate them for the cost of postage! Anyway, great unit for the money and it is powerful enough to blow away most of the water. As mentioned, really great for wheels!
My point if caution. It is difficult to hold it close enough to the car to blow off the water, yet not touch the car. If you touch the car, it leaves a mark, not a scratch, but a mark. A mark on the clear bra is especially challenging to remove. Not totally convinced that it is better than using a silicone blade.
