Blue Tooth/Ipod

I am looking for a good option to install blue tooth and an Ipod adapter into my car. I want to keep the original PCM. Any recommendations?

I hope the Bluetooth is improved over the older model, iPod was fine.

There has to be a good option out there that works well for bluetooth and iphone.
