Battery Cover Needed

Just noticed the tabs on the plastic battery cover are broken off. Anyone know where I can get one other than the dealer?

not sure if pelican parts would have it (but if so, it would most likely be cheaper than a dealer). other than that, try salvage yards - DC auto, LA dismantlers, etc.

out of curiousity, any reason not to go to dealer? i know their mark ups are stupid high but i cant imagine this piece costing that much to begin with. i.e. might be worth it just to be done with it and move on.

I wonder if Suncoast sells the plastic screws that holds that plastic battery cover together. I've been looking for it but can't find it.

It was $26 for the cover, 21 for shipping. Ridiculous! Emailed the and they said it was big....really? I don't think so. Will check dealer next week.

Yep on larger items the freight will get you. Shop their price with your dealer and get the PCA discount and you should be OK.
