Yes! It's about a 3-4hr job. I paid $400.

Thanks. Is the ride with the springs feel more like you have it on shock button or is it still civil on the streets? The shock button is a bit to much imo on daily street driving.

I too thought long and hard before deciding to go for it. Unfortunately the installer messed up the damper cable connector, so I'm now running with sports mode on all the time. So far not much difference in ride in sports mode. I'm hoping the same is true in normal mode. And based on other people's feedback, it should be close if not the same.

I'll update this thread once I have that issue resolved.

Drove it thru the canyons today to exercise the new springs. Ride was fantastic in sports mode. Actually couldn't feel any difference from the OE springs. My indy found a replacement damper cable to be installed on Monday. I'll update this thread on how the ride is in normal mode. Meantime, here's some pictures taken today.

Whooohooo!!! I'm following your thread as well! Love your x51! Am loving the new stance. I got 235's in front and 305' on rear. No fender rubs so far. Looking forward to see some pics of your car!

Looks great! Any feedback from those who have tracked their cars with stock shocks and lowering springs?
