The first is a matter of opinion/preference. The second is a 997 advantage.
It does weigh a lot indeed... And 20s are not intended for any sort of performance driving on a track or anything like that

Donna is infamous around these parts
The 20's look great ... I talked to a friend of mine in Germany who has these wheels on his 997 ( an he pushes the car to the max on the autobahn all the time ) and he tells me that it is no big deal and thinks nothing of the extra weight . I only wish Porsche had wheels that looks this good , I am sure they have got something planed for the turbo becuase right now they have nothing IMO that would do the 997TT justice .

I test drove the car around after we did the lowering springs and 20s and it was suprisingly good. I felt very confident going around turns etc... No less so than usual
