Personalise with Plasti-dip
I'm unclear , are you guys doing it yourselves? On your driveways?
I would like to do that to my rims. I don't want to do it myself, how much would it cost ? How long would they have my car?
I would like to blacken my Sport Design rims , and I would like them to be glossy. (911, 4Sc cab 2012)
Also, does it last long? Does it ever peel?
Thanks guys.

I did it myself, in a multi-storey public car park.
I cost me 4 cans of dip, cost was so low that I can't even remember how much, probably less than a family dinner.
I was never able to get a true glossy look, the glossifier was not way near. I liked and settled with the matt look, added a red pin-stripe to make it stand out a bit more. Very minimum maintenance / cleaning required.
I've had it for about a year before I replaced the wheels recently during a major transformation. During the period the dip lasted very well and didn't peel at all. I scrubbed the front wheel a bit (but deeply), and easier covered it up by re-spraying the dip over it.
Hope this helps.

Watch the videos at dipyourcar.com if you're not clear how it works. You can order everything you would need from there too. This video is a good one showing how to dip wheels on the car:
