WHat kind of discounts are dealers giving. My car is stickering at 107k and he is offering me 5k off. Is this good or can I get better? Thanks

 

wow! you must have all the options. my '06 cab stickered around $102. I got the equivalent of about $5k off based on the crap they threw in and generous trade allowances, but I'd think you should get more as your base price is much lower and the options are higher margin to the dealer. Depends more on supply/demand in the area than anything else, though!

I was offered -1K off here in Phoenix. If that is happening, there are substantial discounts elsewhere.

 

Some dealerships have launch cars still available with big discounts. I saw one in Michigan with $8k off for the Carrerra S. Most places in the midwest will deal to get rid of cars before winter hits. Worth looking into.

 

the '06 cars are being delivered now....so expect significant discounts on any '05's currently in inventory
