New to me: 2005 997 Launch Edition with 42k miles

So, I purchased a 2005 Launch Edition 911S. Had it a week. This car was always in South Eastern PA or New Jersey / DC / Baltimore area. Would love to talk to any of the previous owners. The car is FANTASTIC. The cars before this was an E36 M3/4 and an E39 M5. The impression of this car is simply amazing. I am a 6'8" 275lb man, and I fit in the car perfectly! Love it! Have alook!

actually dont let it bother you, just do it when your ready to do the clutch...this isn't a 996 its a 997 even though its the 2005 which do "rarely" fail...the good news is on the 2005 you can get to it when doing the clutch, as for 2006-2008 (which have also failed before) they can't get to the IMS to change it

Car has Sport Seats... Love them, BTW!

Yes, My M5 is going to a guy that had an 05 Launch. How strange is that?

Ding ding ding. Tim G. salesman. Actually, I wanted badly to do business there and was impressed with their approach to used sales. Not to mention they have a kick-@rse road for test drives I'm located just over the DC border in MD. People who ask me if I fit into the car annoy me (haha) "Well sir if not I sure did make a expensive mistake".

If it is a 2005 Launch Car the 6sp version had adaptive sport seats while the TIP version came w/ sport sports. Both electric of course. Full leather (black only)interior as well.

Since the photo shows it still has the amber markers I suspect the previous owner(s) did not add any aftermarket goodies.

I sold my 2005 Launch Car back in March after close to 7 years of problem free ownership.

GL to the new owner!
