Dealer has it- blue/tan-Cab- 13500 miles- CPO- looks clean- asking 81K
I thought 65 ish?

I would say more than that. S , Cab, CPO without too many options would be at that price.
You also have low mileage and one owner.
If well optioned, might be low 70s

Msrp new 112K- 3 year lease residuals around 60% and car is almost 4 years old-- 60%X112= 67K?

Don't forget the taxes and fees associated with buying off a lease.

65K , no way. 81K seems high.
need more info to get closer to a real price.

The Cpo is worth a few grand. It s also about mileage on a used 911 as far as price setting. 13,500 is low and it will add to the price.

Residual is value left after paying off all lease payments and interest and downpayment.
So that number could be right if you assume what the dealer bought it for (after lease)
Add some $ and CPO. Fair market would be low 70s, my guess.

It should be priced at $70k. The miles are lower but you can get a clean one with 20k miles MUCH cheaper.

i just got a very clean 09 S cab PDK well optioned with 26k miles for $63k including CPO. I didn't think it was the best deal but it was good enough considering where it was (Miami), options and condition.
