Discerning observation indeed. Dropped 1.5 inches so yes on the adjustable links in the rear. Maybe TPC SC next!

Hmmmm, don't you induce more understeer by pushing out the rears more?

if anything, that should help with the 911's natural tendency to oversteer

I am mostly concerned about understeer at corner entry. But if you have adjustable GT3 LCA you can dial it out again.
In my C4S I can't do that as I have drive shafts in the front as well, which limit how much negative camber I can apply.
That's why I am probably more worried about the track width of fronts against rears.

Are you sure? currently on my 09 Launch C4S i have 1.2 negative camber in the front and i have seen other 4s with more negative front camber. I am not saying that we can go crazy like 2.5-3 degrees negative, but 2-2.5 degrees negative should not be a problem.

Any personal opinion or feedback would be appreciated!

So back to the OP... Congrats man! every time that i read a mod thread is related to making more power, than setting up the car for track use. You nailed it!

Thanks kousman, I've done enough track days in my life to know suspension/brake mods are best mods for the buck. Combined with PDK, I'm confident I'll be faster than my old 08 GT3. Money saved by creating this trackable car, I was able to also purchase an Aston Martin Vantage for those days I wanna be pretty

You can obtain more front negative camber (I'm currently running -3.0 on my C4S) with adjustable lower control arms and either Tarett camber plates that move the tops of the struts inboard giving an additional -1 negative camber or by installing Tarett 10 mm axle spacers that mount between the inner CV joint and the differential flange. The axle spacers allow you add shims to the lower control arms without pulling the flanges out of the differential.

Cool,

really good to know, the best my alignment shop could get out of my totally stock setup was -1 front and -1.5 rear.

And I hope I didn't come over like a dick with my first post.
Great setup jcpca356 and I salute everyone who not only takes his Porsche to the track but also invests some serious $$$

Cheers
Chris

Love it. The stance is perfect and for the first time in a long time, I like the un-tinted windows
