Horn stopped working

Do we have a quality issue here? I perceive there are many horn failures reported in different forums. Are they more exposed to the elements than in front-engine cars? My 997.2 horn has just been fixed under warranty by the dealership. I have never seen anything like this in any other car I have owned.

997.2 owner here
one of my horns is not working. So I looked at it. In the 997.2 the hole is too small to even fit a normal guys hand.
So I think I will have to jack up the car (or put it on a ramp) and take out the plastic cover that slips into the lower lip of the bumper and then have better access.
If anyone did this on a 997.2 and my approach is bad, please let me know
