997 today?

Today at 3:00 I going to see a silver 6 speed 997 at my local Porsche store. Im the one who was ranting about the trade allowance I had tentalively been offered for my Maserati Spyder.
Apparently the dealership has seen the error of their ways and is willing to "negoiate" ??
The 997 arrived at their store yesterday afternoon and will be ready for delivery today. Anyway I'll risk the trip of 35 miles to see whats on their fuzzy minds.
Ironically I have been driving the wheels off the Maser in the last three days. Super freeway car, and I'm getting pretty darn good at shifting the F1 gearbox.
Wish me luck!

Doc

good luck! i haven't driven a maser yet, so i can't debate on if it's better than a 997 or vice versa, but i'm pretty sure you'll be more impressed with the porsche!

7:00 pm Wednesday. Shes sitting in my garage and shes beautiful. The 997 is impressive to drive. I couldn't be happier...well if I had my hair back and was 25 again.
Artic silver with Stone grey sports seats, 19" S wheels and the Bose "High End" sound package. Car was de-badged from the factory.

Congrats. Glad the dealer was willing to work with you. I don't know who they are, but it sounds like you're very satisfied with them.

Thanks for the comments! Trying to get my wife's girlfriend to use her camera for photos..mine has gone south. Wasn't too sure about the Arctic Silver in photos, love it in person. Now a few coats of Zaino after a clay treatment and she"ll be ready for her debut
