BLACK! Clear is coming off today and black is going on tonight. How thick should the black replacements be? My black replacements seem very thin.

Must have BLACK. It will change the look of the car entirely. You be surprise adding a small piece of black changes the car appearance so much.

Black looks great on Guards Red ONLY. I love that look, but have never liked black on any other color. Enjoy!

I don't think you can go wrong with Black on a Guards Red

I created a fake black stone guard with some felt I had on hand. Here are the comparison pics. The felt was slightly undersized and I did not place it exactly right, but you get the idea.

I now like black.

The decision is always the owner of the car. I like the black because it goes with the theme of silver & black I have going. Some may like the black offset look of the guards some may not. It's like putting a GT3 wing on a non GT3. Some will do it some won't.

There will always be people on both sides of the fence. I say do it. On the guards red it looks very nice to me. If I had a red car..I would not hesitate!!

I think the black would go great with your wheels.

Either will look good on the GTS, but I still prefer the cleaner look of the clear ones.

I think black makes the cars look shorter in length.
