On my Guards Red GTS. Sorry about the bad pic - current stone guards are clear and have some dirt under the edge of a part of them, need replacement.

Note painted side skirts, painted spoiler lip and lowered sports suspension give it that monochrome 'exotic' look. Note sure if black stone guards would spoil that look or enhance it.

I vote for clear. Car looks Hot!

 

I think you could go either way and the car still looks good. Try making a black paper sample, tape it on and look for yourself (just for color reference).

 

I think anytime you're sporting black wheels, you can get away with black stone guards. Toss-up to me.

 

I think red is one of the colors that can pull off black stone guards....That being said, I saw on a forum recently where someone plasti-dip coated the clear guards black...looked great and if you dont like it...peel it off.

 

Love your car! Either would work, but I would go with black. I'd definitely try the black paper cut out to give you an idea. Beautiful ride...

I put black on my Guards Red and love them. I have the OEM 997 Turbo wheels and I think they match up great.

 

My vote is for black - especially with the black rims and dark tinted windows.

 

Never a big fan of the black stone guards so I would definitely go with clear.
