So in Prep for the 997tt I was looking around and look what I came across



For those who cannot wait for the upcoming 997 Turbo, feast your eyes
on the new 997 from 9ff! The tuner from Dortmund (Germany) modified the
base 997 Carrera to a monster 911 with an output of 840bhp with 880Nm
torque! The car is said to go from 0-300 in 17,4 seconds!

More details will soon follow, but we know that they set a new speed record
with the 996 based 9ff of 388km/h some time ago. I bet this one will be even faster!

I am feeling that many tuners are not creating new styles but just transferring whatever they had for te 996 to the 997...

Not a fan of that front end on the 997. I kind of liked it on the 996 but as a company, 9ff is in the limelight these days.

I think the front bumper is horrible! Rear wing is not bad!! Well you would buy this car for speed not looks....

 

The car is absolutely gorgeous as it sits!!

mono2100, thanks for the post. I like the look of the car as it sits, but can't say for certain if the front looks good or not at that angle. If you have any more pics or point me to the right site, I sure would like to see some more photos. What kind of engine mods does this beast have for the claimed HP and speed?

 

actually this is the only pic I came across and the only mod. info from 9FF I could find was in Jpanese....

 

I saw this picture and read about this a while back... I'm not diggin' the styling much, but it's hella fast!! I'm anxiously waiting to read some new info on it!
