Thank you cab83, for at least being the only one on my side!!
I thought there were some enthusiast on here , that I read about doing all kinds of mods to their cars, that some would enjoy making their sound system world class. If you see the first video I posted from YouTube, you can clearly see that our cars can be the best sounding in the world!! We have the best sports car of all time, we should have a complete car with a beautiful sounding music system IMHO!!

I think Bolt is interested in a custom "subwoofer" install which I don't have. I have not touched (or replaced) the woofers. I don't think he'll be trying to make his audio win one of the top 50 in the world. 
I think replacement of the mids, tweets, etc. is pretty easy on a 997. If and when my head unit dies, I will probably pull out my Dynadios, tube amps, etc. and go full custom. Still, the challenge exists in the support for 'subwoofer' sound.
IMO, we really need 12's (maybe 10's) to really get the thump worth complementing the Focals.

With the right budget and some compromises with weight gain, a 997 could have a decent sound..... until you start driving the car the way it was meant to be.
I like good audio since I know that my vehicles are daily drivers (including the 997) and a very good audio system could make 'being stuck in traffic' less irritating.
