That would be great if that is it - it would save me a small fortune because I would keep what I have - great looking, but just like the 996TT (IMHO)

I bought the car because it is a monster. I'll keep this car until it falls apart (unless I can get a great deal on a TT X50 cab) and then look and see if they're still building monster cars.

Crazy. The ironic side to this is it make older vehicles much more attractive for me. I plan on day getting an E30 M3, a car with an incredible history and built with an enthusiast in mind. Unfortunately, companies try and extend to the niche enthusiasts market by introducing extended series vehicles like the GT3 and GT2. The cars are fantastic but other than the numbers behind the vehicle they provide little distinction for that person looking to be bold. Ferrari is a company who nobody here can not help but respect for sticking to their guns. I am not sure the fate of Porsche to the true enthusiast. I am certain it will lose value by putting too much effort into being too broad. It's very sad. I really want to get a 993 turbo or c2s one day. Driven many cars and it is without a doubt a car with incredible soul. After they went water-cooled things went down, IMO.
