I went to go add some oil today in my 06 C2S 37k miles and noticed for the first time ever this white creamy film where you pour the oil into. Never seen this before i do my reg oil changes and all. My indi does my oil changes and hes a porsche indi shop is it possible he didnt use mobil1 and used somthing else that caused that film? I doubt he would use any cheap oil. Any feed back would be great ill take a picture of it as well. Thanks!!

Search for "mayo". From what I recall it's harmless but indicative that the car takes many short trips not getting up to full temp.

 

Thanks ill check out this mayo crap. Yah i havent got the chance to take the car out. Recently the weather got good hear in ny. I will be taking it for a long drive soon

 

look normal to me...its from water condensation from not driving often & cool temp outside...if you don't see any water on the dipstick or white smoke out of the tail pipe..then I probably wouldn't worry about it...just wipe it off & happy cruising

 

Clean it, get on the road and put some good miles on that baby!!
