Misha Design Whereabouts?

Anybody been in recent contact with Misha? Been waiting on a replacement part for 3 weeks now and haven't received anything. I was told 2 weeks ago that it was getting shipped, but all my calls and messages have gone unanswered for 2 weeks now.

Anyone else having issues making contact?

there was another long thread (maybe on the "other" forum) about misha taking forever to ship things and ignoring customers. Misha owned even chimed in near the end, being all apologetic. Too early to tell but maybe these haven't changed much. Most people have been buying from Getty (no affiliation) because of that. Good luck! Apparently they may respond if you post on their facebook page

I wouldn't buy anything from a company that does not answer the phone or emails. There are several treads talking about this issue.

I wouldn't get near this outfit either. Sad and sorry track record by now. And it should probably be noted that the fiasco in December last year when a lot of customers were left hanging for months with no goods delivered and no communication was played down as being the result of a bad series of unfortunate events and that business was almost back to normal at the time of that post. That was December 19, 2013. If things really did go back to normal it didn't last long.

This from what looks like the owner of the business:

wow, i'm very surprised about this, i had bought my rear bumper from them in Feb 2013 & they were in constant communication on email + phone & shipped immediately...very unfortunate that ANY EVENTS were allowed to tarnish their rep like this.

Misha if you are reading this, you need to immediately FIRE whoever is in charge of communicating w your customers & you need to get your butts back in gear or just not take orders until your caught up, you are killing a BRAND you have created over 9 years....You guys make a great product, dont let bad customer service NO MATTER WHAT REASON ruin your name!

Thanks for the responses guys. It's been hit and miss with them since the get go. They were very responsive until I made the order and sent payment. Then, wouldn't hear from them or get any responses until a few weeks after. Finally got the parts 4 months later, then they were again pretty helpful and responsive with the issues of damaged parts. Now that I'm waiting on replacements which they said were sent out 2 weeks ago, they seem to have fallen off the face of the earth again.

If they need additional time for production, they should just say so instead of telling me things were getting shipped when they really weren't. And they should just be up front with communications instead of ignoring customers completely.

Sorry to rant. But all other communication means have failed so hopefully they'll respond on this forum which they are sponsors of.

I was part of that whole fiasco back in December. Alex was quick with the replies before purchase. After purchase I was calling maybe 3-4 times a day till I got an answer and the dates changed many times. it was maybe a good month or so till I recieved the product. It had a lot of faults that my body shop fixed up ( at my expense).

The wing I got from them looks great now, but I wouldnt order again unless communication was better.

I really like misha ducktail but I am waiting to hear Misha response to this one. I bought a front lip and side skirts from Armando at GT3TEK and they were excellent communication before and after purchase. Quality was great according to the body shop who put on my car.

would be funny if I emailed them now looking to order something and they responded while ignoring people who are waiting on their product at the same time

The parts don't come pre-drilled or with any mounting hardware. It's up to you or the body shop to get creative. I drilled holes on the mounting tabs for the bumper grill and screwed the grill on from the bottom. The grill has mounting holes that line up with the mounting tabs.
