While driving my 09 911 my audio started making a loud buzzing/alarm noise. I could not turn it off by changing the station or by turning off the audio. The only way i was able to turn it off was by first turning down there volume then turning off the car. Is there a audio reset I can try? Or something else? BTW my Nav was also on at this time and stopped giving me audio singles. Thanks

 

Was your cellphone close to your headunit? This happens all the time in my 4runner (I don't have headphones so rarely have my phone out in my 997 as I haven't mastered the steer, shift, hold phone technique). If it happens again put you phone in the backseat and see if it stops. At least in my case it has something to do with the cellphone signal. Good luck.

BTW, this morning everything seems fine. Could the computer have reset overnight?
