Yet another GT3 Front bumper thread

Hello fellow 997 owners with GT3 front bumper, I am in the market for a front 997.1 front GT3 or AERO bumper, I went through all the threads from the past and the only vendors that I found were suncoast & misha.
Can anyone guide me in the right direction if there are any new vendors available or if someone has a used one for sale, that would be great.

Thanks in advance

there was a black turbo bumper for sale very recently and well priced IMNSHO... I was desperate to find one of those before giving up and going the aerokit bumper route. Both are equally good choices.

Either way, I'd recommend going OEM...

Good luck

You can also look at eBay. There are "tons" of GT3 bumper replica for sale, as well as, used OEM ones. In the end, I would recommend OEM as the fit and finish are perfect.

You can get aftermarket urethane, but the quality is nowhere near as good as the factory Aerokit bumper, which can be had for $1495 + shipping from Suncoast. It also includes the correct ducts, which most of the aftermarket ones seem to miss out. I tried to save a dollar by going aftermarket, but ended up buying the factory Aerokit in the end.

I am sold on going the OEM route, now just a matter of finding one. Bumpers from Suncoast for $1495, do they come pre-painted or just primed?

Just primed, but the body shop commented on the quality of it and were impressed. As soon as I said it was factory, the guy said that explains why it is so well prepped and primed.

Tip: have it delivered directly to your paint shop unless you have a trailer or a pick up truck to haul it in as the box is 72" x 34" x 22"

Good point, and commercial address delivery will usually be cheaper than residential too.

FWIW, my front GT3 is OEM, rear bumper is Misha, both prep/painted by same shop. Front look perfect, rear looks "textured" like. Recently, had an OEM aerokit wing painted by diff shop, came out near perfect as the front.

Wao thanks guys for a wealth of knowledge, I'll keep everything in mind. Gonna bite the bullet & going with OEM. Suncoast has two in stock.

@tphan I am actually going to be your carbon copy but in canada with an exception of wider rear booty. Mine's a black C4S, same front & rear led tails.
However I can't decide if want to go with 997.1 or 997.2 wing...
