Gt3 front vent cutout

Anyone ever heard of putting a gt3 front smile vent on a regular bumper?
Any pics or methods.?

I love the smile! At least one vendor sells them with a jig to cut out your bumper, but the idea of doing that scares the heck out of me. I know that there are possible airflow issues, unless you also have a third radiator and special ducting, a la GT3. I'm also very interested I seeing any responses to your post. I'm a sucker for a nice smile.

Humm never thought of it that way...I have a cab also..monk u do it first..although ur black and black vent is slight.

I think this is what you are lookin for. This is the Rennline Gt3 smile kit I installed on my car. It does require removal of the front bumper and cutting a hole but is not difficult when using their template. It just take a lot of careful measuring.

@Kustom64 - I think the smile looks great on your car with the stock bumper cover. What lower spoiler have you added?

That's the GT3-Tek lower lip spoiler. I also left it unpainted since my car is lowered I know it would get scraped up bad really quick

Yes the bumper must be removed. But it is not difficult. I did it without a lift and took about 30 minutes
