What should you expect the drive to be like on a GT3?

I'm just deciding on my next car purchase so far i narrowed it down to three possibly four cars...

911GT3...Pros/Cons: 400 HP fastest car and rawest of the four/everyone tells me its a waste for city driving.(more tickets)

Aston Martin Vantage...Pros/Cons: Amazing looks, amazing ownership prospect, very rare./ Questionable quality issues, performance not up to the price tag since it underpreforms a 911S which is 25 K less.

911S...Pros/Cons: Overall best bang for the buck still very much my dream car and in one year buying a used one would save me a garbage bag full of cash, has 4 seats of all the bunch./ I might want to upgrade in two or three years and this time i kinda want somthing that i wont be too bored of for at least 4 or 5 years.

2007 maserati Coupe...Pros/Cons: Still really don't know what to expect but obviously an amazing peice of italain engineering, exclusitivity./ Quality issues and Dont know exactly when in 2007 it will be realeased and i need one in jan 2007.

I know 400 Hp isnt nessascary for city driving, heck 355 is too much for city driving but i guess what i want to know is do i really want that extra HP for that kick in the pants acceleration? Im tired of defending my boxsters 240 HP and barely getting by when a acura TI decides to race me at a light. Like is it really worth it to go all out and get the GT3?

Each car has its Pros and Cons and i;m really having a hard time deciding and sticking to my decision.

I recently traded off a 2004 Maserati Cambio Corse Spyder for my 997. My main problem (perceived) with the Maser was the inconsistent shifting of the F1 type shifter. The build quality was world class and the service I received from Ferrari of Orange County, Ca. was excellent. However I always felt the transmission was going to fall out of the car. The dual clutch they used has not been perfected...give it a year or two.
The 997 is my 8th Porsche and in my mind is the finest P car that I have ever owned.
I think I would be afraid to own an AM...too many jealous people out there.

Out of those I'd also go with the GT3, but it seems like your con for the 997 S applies to every car on there.
