Mine don't squeal at all, ever. Sounds like you need to talk to a different dealer.

Do you feel the brake pedal is a bit sticky when pressed slowly?

On most cars that is a sign that the brake pads are worn and need to be replaced. Your miles are very low, however. Have you been driving at a track, or like your on a track?

I would immediately take the car somewhere else for an evaluation of your braking system! Brakes should not make a noise when driving. Rotor are expensive, calipers too.

He said they squeal WHILE driving NOT when braking. You might have a loose caliper pin. Def take it to another dealer.

How long does it take to "bed-in" the brakes? 200-300 miles? Before the brakes are fully "bed-in", will they sometimes create slight creaking noises? If there are streaks on the surface of the rear brake discs, could that be dirt/dusts or something is wrong? Thanks.
