All, I found a 2010 base 911 about 2 months ago that was in amazing shape and although I wanted an S this was too perfect to pass up. So far, the car is lowered on H&R's, sits on Forgestar F14 in brushed Titanium and I added the Fister exhaust with Fabspeed tips (tips off my previous 997.1).
I will probably keep it like this for the rest of summer. I am not sure if I want to add the 997.2 GT3 bumpers and wing or just add a lip with a duck tail.
This is what i started with:
Couldn't stand the ride height, lowered on H&R with stock wheels:
My stock rims badly needed them but the Forgestars are a bit more aggressive. If i do add spacers i may just do 5 to 7 MM. But right now, I am happy with the fit.
Looks fantastic. A 997.2 C2 with those upgrades is an incredible machine. That is a better result IMO than going with the C2S with no upgrades - and probably less money. Great result.

I obviously preferred a .2 S and the price of this car was not far off from one but this was a low mile, manual, mint condition and certified car. Plus I wanted white badly. It was slim pickings but I am happy with the results.
It was shocking to me how much the ride height bothered me while driving the car. My 997.1 was lowered and it sounds crazy but I could feel the 1+ inch of ride height while driving it. I bought the springs the next day.
