I am *considering* swapping out my front seats but didn't have a good feel for what the market and demand was for these. Any guidance would be appreciated -- of course I'll post in the classifieds if I end up moving forward with this.

Specs:

Black full leather adaptive seats with standard grayish stitching
Heated
About 45K miles
Seating surfaces are in good shape -- dark gray plastic backings have some light scuffs/scratches from rear passenger entry/exit

$1500? $2000? $2500? Couldn't find any recent comp sales...

The adaptive (motorized) sport seats are rare. You could easily get $3k-3.5k, perhaps more. Depends on how they look. Shipping will run at least $400, though.

 

Thanks for the feedback -- wow, the prices you suggested seem much higher than I would have guessed. I would think the market is very tiny for this though (at that price point)

 

Sure, good luck! I wish I had known 6 months ago. Bought a pair off some guy in Alberta, and had lots of problems.
P.S. There's a pair for sale on fleabay right now. $3500 + $280 SH. The non-adaptive sport seats usually go for $3000.

Yeah, sorry -- too much of a hassle to pack/ship these for me and then deal with an online transaction.

 

With all the 911's in the SoCal area there should be no problem getting rid of them for $3500.

 

I've got a GTS coming in with manual alcantara+leather sport seats. Looking to swap them for a set of adaptives. You're probably not looking for a trade+cash but it never hurts to ask
