For everyone but especially the Black cars - go get a Glass Coating put on. Specifically CQuartz Finest - My car doesn't get dirty, less fingerprints, gets pollen and dust on it and it just flies off when you go down the road, easier to wash. It's the best product I've ever seen. Every time I wash my car it looks freshly detailed. Well worth the money.
This is what the coating does - Superhydrophobic - after I spray it down to this I use an open hose and its virtually dry. I have a chemical guys leaf blower style dryer so I never really touch the car.
I have a similar coating, 22PLE, and it does the same. Washing is so easy and swirls are [almost] non existent. Highly recommend.
Love/Hate affair with black...right now love is winning. I concur about glass coating, it's great and keeps the dirt and other contaminants off the car longer. I went with Modesta BC-05, it can't be beat (weekly maintenance is a breeze)!
