DRL center strip not very bright ??

Don't know if it's just my lights or plugged in wrong but does this look normal? The center strip doesn't look very bright in the daytime. I know it's for the parking light but I was hoping it would be brighter than this so I can use it as a DRL. I ended up connecting a DRL relay module to the fog lights instead.

Normal. Not very bright in daytime.

I use the lower section as mr DRL as most do with the mod that keeps the light on all the time.

It works as expected. Parking lights are limited to 5 watts of electrical power. You cannot see them in daylight.

I do the same, turn it once to the right and pull forward, it'll be bright enough.
