The ad is a bit misleading. This is a standard C2S without the OEM X51 power kit option. As shipped from the factory it was 355 HP. If it had the X51 kit it would have shipped with 381 HP (+26 HP).
The Tubi exhaust with high flow cats and "performance cylinder heads" would add power but I bet it falls short of the X51 kit. There is a dual mass flywheel too, but not sure if it's a LWFW. Where's the GT3 throttle body and larger intake plenum to match? Still using the stock airbox or the upgraded X51 one? X51 headers, stock, or Tubi? Is there a tune or still stock? The seller's claim of 400 hp is just that, a claim, and I don't believe it. At best it's about where the X51 kit is if all the other mods are there too. Have them show you a dyno report to prove it. Or list all the performance mods to make up the difference along with a dyno report or I still wouldn't believe it.
Yes this car has some expensive cosmetic upgrades with the GT3 body styling but honestly it's way overpriced. It looks like the seller is basing their asking price on what they put into the car, not what it's worth. I'd price out some 997.1's from 2005-08 in stock configuration with sport chrono, bose, full leather, and X51 power kit for comparison.

Agreed, never would get $60K as it sit, heck the GT2 CF seats worth at least $5K alone if sold separately. She has close to $22K in upgrade, minus the factory optioned ceramic brake.
