Headlight beam adjustment failure 06C2S

I have this headlight beam adjustment failure on the dash board. Is this can be done mechanically or some kind of an electronic parts replacement that controlled the headlights?

Probably an issue with the self leveling headlights.

When this came up on my dash I found out that it was a the headlight leveling sensor on the suspension that was faulty. There is one on the front suspension and one on the rear. The rear one on mine was broken. Very easy fix. Took about 10 minutes.
