So I have a new gremlin I was unable to find any info on so I'm hoping someone here may have experienced it in the past or currently. With the sport mode on, I can't get PASM to go back into normal. It stays on firm. If I shut sport off, PASM goes back to normal. With Sport off. I can go between normal and firm suspension, but with Sport on, no good. Is that a dealer plug in and reset issue or is it the sign of a component starting to go out?

 

There were changes made for the 997.2 to allow some of the sport options (PSE for sure, don't know about PASM) to be toggled on and off in Sport mode.


Were you previously able to change PASM settings while in Sport mode?

 

Yes. You had that flexibility.

 

What about the PASM switch LED and the message in the dash - do they change when you turn off and on. This is from your owner's manual:

Switching off PASM Sport mode
f Press PASM button in the center console.
The light-emitting diode in the button goes out
and the on-board computer displays a
message.Press PASM button in the center console.
