Sonus Leather Care seems to work pretty well. The stuff from Griotts is OK too - although Sonus works a little better for blue-jean transfer which is my biggest problem.

+1 for the Sonus. It's pretty mild, and there's no odor.

A lot of people also like the Leatherique system (although I haven't had time to try it).

I used Leatherique on my e46 M3 for years and found it to work well and preserved the leather over the time I owned it. Switched to Connolly leather cleaner and conditioner on a recommendation from a car leather upholsterer I used to replace and repair some driver side wear and sagging. Moved to a 997.2 C2S early last year and continued to use Connolly products. It's been around for awhile in England and sold in the USA at several online car care web sites. Their cleaner cleans the leather well and the conditioner in my opinion preserves the leather by keeping it well moisturized and not as oily as leatherique. On reading up on the product, seems to be the leather conditioner used for many years on the RR, Bentleys, and Jags of the past.

I've used Lexol cleaner and conditioner for years. It was recommended by my local upholstery shop. It works very well.

Leatherique owns all. I prefer to use a cheap leather cleaner first to remove all dirt, then start the Leatherique process by generously slathering Rejuvinator by bare hand and using saran wrap to hold the stuff against the leather to prevent it from drying and let it sit for a day, Pristine Clean to remove residual Rejuvinator and dirt pulled from the leather surface, then a damp terry cloth towel to wipe off remaining residue.

I just did it the other week on my leather couch

Another Leatherique fan here. I have a 16 yr old 3 series with a red leather interior. I just treated it to the Leatherique regimen and it looks new. My 911 is next.

FWIW, I've used it on my black leather sofa with great results also.

Lexol is crap...

All the other suggestions are great. Leather Masters is good too.
