I just recently got quotes for a spring install, without alignment. Quotes from 450 to 950. Shop around, don't let some of these mechanics tell you its a 8-9 hr book job. If they tell you its going to take 8+ hours, they probably should not be trusted or they have never done it before.

Dealer will charge you more, but a quality Porsche performance shop should charge you around $800 before sales tax, which also includes an alignment. I live in the Northeast and just had it done about a year ago on my car.

Purchased the Techart springs from Sharkwerks. Not including the alignment, took my local Porsche performance shop around 6 hours of labor.

My quotes were between 800-1100 on a Carrera 4.
