997.2 C4S Coupe - Modern Classic?

Hi all,
Wanted to get your take on these cars as modern classics. The C4S has always looked elegant to me and the 997 is my favorite Porsche generation.

An interesting read for you here.

I have a '10 4S 6 speed coupe and I agree with you. It is a great looking car. I hope they climb in value too. Where I live, the SF Bay Area, most 911's are PDK's.

Great read, thanks for sharing. I also have a '10 C4S M6 and absolutely love the body style. Wasn't counting on any price appreciation, but would be thrilled even if it didn't depreciate too badly.

The Water-Cool Porsche 911 Porschephiles Love. The Porsche 997.

2011 white C4S 6MT checking in. Took me a long time to pull the trigger. Loved the wide body but didn't like the wing of the Turbo.
This review helped me decide.

"The best all around choice would be a Porsche 997 C4S. These cars have it all, lots of power, all-wheel drive, the bigger S brakes, and usually they are ordered fully optioned out . . ."

Went for the .2 for the new 9A1 engine and the Turbo's multi-clutch AWD.

Mine's not a 997.2, nor is it a C4S, but it is a MODERN CLASSIC!

Thank you, thank you. I had to do the legacy plate + vintage Vasek Polak frame to tie it all together.
