What wheels are these?
Pull the wheel off (just one of them), and take pictures of the engravings/markings on the backside of the wheel. These markings should tell us if it's an HRE P40 (which it could be), or a knock off wheel. Unfortunately the P40 was one of the most knocked off HRE designs ever so there are a huge amount of cheap replica companies who copied the design and re-branded it as their own so the only way to truly tell is to read the engravings on the backside to see where it was made, or if there's an HRE serial number on there.
I think that the lug bolts are not the Porsche OEM but an aftermarket type. This is a clue that the rims are not from a well known manufacturer like HRE, Victor Equipment, Avant Garde, who make their wheels compatible with OEM bolts.

I'm with you. Not only do the heads on the bolts look tiny, but so do the holes, which is why the bolts are socket head type and the socket won't go around the bolt head but rather has to be put into it. I bet they're knock-offs.
