Cost of 997.1 S with aero kit
Hello everyone. I’m going to look at an 06 yellow 997.1s, mint, 33k miles. I was wondering, although I love the car the price seems a bit high in my opinion. Does a factory aero kit add that much value? Thanks.

Porsche's come with so many different options..for example full leather is a very costly option & changes entire look of the car..bose, seat type etc..not enough info here...but basically youre looking low mid 40's

Agree, especially for brighter colors and that mileage. Service records and the PPI are key though.

I know we can’t play links here, or least I believe I read that somewhere. It is from CCS motors on LI.
Here is the description

Checking the link, I see standard leather only, no sport chrono, no PSE. Its a pretty standard S aside from the aero kit. $38-$40 should be the number but a lack of the full leather option is a deal breaker for me. That car needs GT3 wheels too, which you can change later - we put them on my wife's C2S - perfect fit.

Find a cheaper one that is super clean, up to date on services and never had any paint work. I am looking and have been looking for a while. Need one in black or maybe white.

They are out there, and no where near 57k. Thats .2 territory, almost 991

Bose is great, in my opinion. Won't buy a car without it..perfect crisp sound without being Ghetto!

That said, Bose is fine for a sports car although I do have Burmester with the 991.2 and Bang & Olufsen in the DB.

The thing is, it doesn't really matter that much what's in the car, at least for me. It'll only sound really good when you're sitting still with the engine off. with the amount of road noise and exhaust noise in a 911, you're gonna basically lose out on all the fidelity that a good stereo would provide. That's why these days I only care about connectivity options and less about audio quality above a certain point. The bose system is certainly above the point that I need in a car (because I'm rarely sitting still with the engine off in my car).
