Currently have standard power seats in my 997.1 2006 C2S. Possibly thinking of swapping them for adaptive sport seats. Will the harnesses, etc on the adaptive seats match up? The adaptive seats are from same year and model car. Thanks.

 

Yes, they should. Mine did. Went from the standard, power comfort seats to full power adaptive sport seats plus in my 05 C2S - was plug & play.

Move both seats to the middle of the rails so you can access the fasteners at both ends, then disconnect the battery so you don't get an airbag warning when you disconnect the yellow connectors, and heavily pad the door sills as the seats are heavy and awkward to get out of a coupe without resting them on the door sill about half way out. If you have a cab, that's easier, just put the top down before you disconnect the battery.
