Convert 997 to street/track car

I have a 2012 997.2 C2S with 47000 miles. It is all stock except for Pagid yellow brake pads and Motul fluid.
I have been increasing the number of DE track days and I want to change this from a street car to more of a track day car.

Though it is a great car out of the box, there are some problems I want to correct -
  1. On the street the ABS kicks in very early even with moderate firm braking from 20mph.
  2. Brakes feel soft when driven hard for a full day (improved after flush with Motul).
  3. When driven hard into tight corners, it understeers on turn in
  4. Front end feels light at track speeds
  5. Throttle lag when moving off the line
  6. Play in the shifter

There are a lot of mods I have read about that would address most of there issues. Such as:
  1. coil-overs and lowering
  2. sticker tires
  3. stainless brake lines and cooling ducts
  4. aero changes
  5. short shifter

I am hoping to solicit input and recomendations from more experienced members.

Tom
