Question Do I Have PASM??

Hello everyone, I just purchased a 2010 997.2 C4S Cabrio, and the build sheet doesn't say it has PASM, but i have a Sport Suspension Button as well as a PSM OFF Button..

I am looking to upgrade my suspension, but i want to make sure i get the right stuff since some say with or without PASM..

I attached a couple of pictures.. please let me know your thoughts!

Thanks,
-Ali

All S models have PASM standard and why you have the button with the picture of the shock on it. PSM is stability management and all models come with that standard. So, yes, you have PASM. Your first upgrade should be the TPC DSC controller that makes the PASM suspension fully dynamic based on g-load profiles.

thank you so much for your quick answer and recommendation on the TPC. I am not sure what it is so I will do my research. I was thinking about getting H&R springs for a 1.2” drop, but may be too much here in New York roads..

do you have any info on the TPC DSC Controller??

There's tons of info on it - if not here, then over on Rennlist. My username is the same over there and I have it on my supercharged 997. Also lots of info on lowering springs like you're talking about. Do your research and find the best setup. The DSC will make those rough Northeast roads much smoother, while at the same time improving cornering capability. It's really a game changer.
