A winter only problem, No sound from speakers
Hi All,
On my 2005 Carrera S 997.1 I have a winter time only problem, it started a couple of years ago and would go away during the summer time. I would put the key in the ignition, PCM (replaced now with a different modern unit) would start up, all functioning but sound not coming from the speakers. Fuses are fine. When it is warmer, sound comes back on and of course, the problem is non-existent during the summer time. Any pointers as to what is faulty would be appreciated. Would you think the fiber optic cable is the culprit or anything else?
Thanks for any help.

Any help? as an update, unplugging the main switch off of the amplifier and reconnecting it always solves the problem till the next time it is cold and happens. It would be difficult to know if it is a single wire causing this, ideas?
